    自制南瓜饼

    明天是我们化工系一年一度的halloween party。 活动内容是刻南瓜灯+potluck lunch。 每个人要带一份菜或者点心一起吃。
    因为万圣节的经典食品就是南瓜制品。所以我决定做一份中式的南瓜饼。
    从网上现学的配方和步骤,正好有李梦过来帮忙,终于晚上大功告成!
    下面贴一下操作步骤,以便有兴趣尝试的朋友参考,呵呵
    第一步:把南瓜去皮,切块,用微波炉煮烂。
    第二步,把南瓜捣烂和糯米粉和少量澄粉,还有糖。和成这个样子:

    第三步:准备好馅,开始包了。我买了芝麻馅和豆沙馅。感觉芝麻的更好吃一点。

    第四步:封口,揉成圆球,再用线或者刀背扣几条纹路出来。

    第五步:上锅蒸10-15分钟。出锅啦!

    最后做点点缀就很像南瓜了!没有南瓜叶子只好用菠菜代替了。

    我试过2次,第一次买的butternut squash, 第二次买的yellow pepper pumpkin (很小,长得像柿子椒),做的时候都没有放水。
    不过你又加了馅,所以吃得时候南瓜的味道估计不太明显。买哪一种南瓜倒不是很重要了。

    我就是买的pumpkin,单吃味道很差,水分多,也不甜。我们一般炒菜吃的糯糯的那种叫squash。反正做南瓜饼的时候看网上说不要加水,南瓜里的水分就足够和面了。

    你买的哪种南瓜啊?我以前做过南瓜饼,南瓜多了做不成形,要做成型必须少放南瓜,这样又没有南瓜味道。感觉这里的南瓜和国内的味道还是不一样。
